Experience

  • Headed up the team which acted as legal advisers in relation to the sale of a number of high profile hotels before the collapse of the property market in 2007
  • Acted for a Luxembourg company in relation to pursuing guarantors for summary judgment in a well-publicised case. As part of this process orders for attachment and committal against one of the defendants were obtained
  • Acted in relation to the naming rights and sponsorship contract for the AVIVA stadium in Dublin
  • Acts for a leading retailer with over 1,500 employees and advises on all its corporate, commercial and property related issues
  • Acts for a leading hotel company and advises on its corporate, commercial and property related issues
  • Acts for banks in relation to securitising facilities, completing due diligence reports and ensuring security is put in place
  • Acts as recovery agent for banks including instituting proceedings for recovery of properties as mortgagee in possession and the appointment of receivers
